The Pennsylvania Department of State has revised its Memorandum (attached) changing, among other things, the date after which in-person inspections, appraisals, final walk-throughs, and title insurance activities are prohibited from March 6th , 2020 to March 18th, 2020.

We have been working with the national MBA and PA associations to provide input to the Governor's office on the critical issues presented by the approach being taken.
