Membership Classes and Dues Schedule As Of October 1, 2024
Association Membership Class Fees Shall Be:
Regular Membership Dues Shall Be:
- Under 350 million Closed Loan Production in the preceding Calander Year: $500.00 Annually
- $350 Million to $1 Billion million Closed Loan Production in the preceding Calander Year:
$750.00 Annually
- $1 Billion Plus Production Million Closed Loan Production in the preceding Calander Year:
$1,200.00 Annually
Associate Members:
- Fewer than 25 Employees: $500.00 Annually
- 25-100 Employees: $750.00 Annually
- More than 100 Employees: $1,200,00 Annually
Special Individual Members: $100.00 Annually
Limited Members: $250.00 Annually
Member Dues Payment:
Membership dues are required to be paid between October 1st and January 8th of the following year for the upcoming membership term. Invoices will be sent out in September of the preceding year to
allow ample time for payment. Any member who pays their dues between October 1st and December 31st will receive the full benefits of membership, including voting rights, for the remainder of the current calendar year and full membership for the upcoming year. This applies to both new members and those returning to good standing after a lapse in membership.
