Accommodations Information and Rates

NJ MBA’s Regional Conference will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. The NJMBA has secured a block of rooms at a reduced rate for registered attendees.

Once registered for the conference, attendees will receive a confirmation email with a personalized link to secure their guestroom. Reservations within the NJMBA room block must be made via this link and will not be taken by contacting the hotel directly. Each registrant may reserve one guestroom and may reserve hotel accommodations only after paying the registration fee.

Discount Cutoff: Friday, May 16

The room reservation deadline does not ensure availability of rooms. If rooms are available until the deadline, you will receive the discounted hotel rate. After the deadline, reservations will be made on a space-available basis only.

Hotel Reservation Policies

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to the 4 pm check in time on the day of arrival, will be fully refundable (if applicable). If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the 4pm check in time on the day of arrival, the first night’s deposit on the reservation will be forfeited.

On the day of check in at 9.00pm, Complimentary reservations without a listed arrival time will be cancelled. If the arrival time is later than 9.00pm, please call 609-449-6330 with the estimated arrival time, and a $50 deposit will be taken to guarantee late arrival.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, Monday - Saturday and 5:00pm on Sunday. Check out is at 11:00 am. Express checkout is available through your room phone, television, texting or by dropping your keys in our Express Checkout bin or by leaving it with one of our Front Desk representatives.

Early Check-in
Any guest can request an early check in, however these requests are based on availability and are subject to an early check-in fees. If your accommodations are not ready upon arrival our Bell Staff will be happy to hold your belongings until your hotel room becomes available.

Late Check-out
Late check out requests are taken the night before your departure date, based on availability and subject to late checkout fees. If late check out is not taken, our Bell Staff will gladly hold your belongings until you choose to depart. Your belongings must be collected on the same day as your departure date.
