She is a recognized industry expert in mortgage origination, asset management, servicing, breach defense, and structured finance, as well as a frequent conference speaker, published contributor, and industry collaborator.
She is one of the pioneers of the single-family rental asset class and helped bring DSCR mortgage products and other market-changing structures to market. Her work includes designing the first secondary-market tradable first-lien HELOC product and building the first woman-owned mortgage loan aggregator and asset manager that is also a due diligence firm specializing in full-lifecycle asset management.
