What We Do
The committee gives MBA-NJ members a forum to identify issues, evaluate potential impact, share industry expertise, and help guide advocacy on behalf of New Jersey mortgage professionals.

Requires the Department of Banking and Insurance to examine and rate lending institutions regarding lending, investments, and services to low- and moderate-income consumers.
Permits online foreclosure sales for real property. A2777 passed the Assembly 71-0-0 on March 23, 2026; committee notes continue to flag implementation questions for review.
